Oh hey! Three years ago, when I opened the closet door in my daughter’s room for the first time and was shocked by its enormous size. With 91 inches available for a dresser on the half wall, I cleverly utilized two IKEA Tarva dressers – one with six drawers and the other with three drawers – fitting perfectly. On the opposite side, I opted for the trendy Billy bookcase, adding two height extenders and a slight trim on top to achieve the ideal height for the incredibly tall ceilings in the room.
I found some extra magnolia homes pink watercolor check pink wallpaper from her bedroom, and decided to use it to tie the two rooms together for a more cohesive look. The finishing touches included hardware from Amazon, a gold track light, blush velvet hangers, and a kid-sized full-length mirror. The result? A closet/dressing room that’s perfect for a princess.
